This was our 5th Gasoline Grill location. Opened May 2019.
Situated in a historical building from 1880 that used to be a dining hall for workers from the brewery. We wanted to explore the social dining experience of sitting at a large counter.
Designed in collaboration with BRIQ. Construction by 2LP.
