We are looking for an experienced industry profile, passionate about organic burgers, high quality, sustainability, exceptional service level, and skilled in daily management.

 

WHO ARE WE:

Gasoline Grill is a classic American inspired burger joint based in Copenhagen. It opened its first burger bar in 2016 at an old gas station at Landgreven, a unique location in the center of the city. Since its founding, it has been one of the fastest-growing burger concepts in Denmark and today Gasoline Grill owns and operates 6 locations in the Copenhagen area. The concept is simple and authentic, a perfected classic burger using only organic ingredients, of which a few are secret. There is a limited number of burgers each day, and therefore only an opening hour, no closing hour.

You will have our attention by these qualifications: 

 

  • Presentable and accommodating;

  • A high hospitality focus for our guests, comes naturally for you. Giving the extra mile for them; 

  • Organizing skills and an eye for the details;

  • You have experience as a supervisor, team trainer, assistant/restaurant manager from the restaurant industry;

  • Knowledge about basic economics, kitchen and salary cost. You work by structuring and planning the daily staff operation;

  • You strive to build and motivate your team and enjoys creating a sustainable work environment.
